Adhesive and Sealant Rule: To date Indiana has not adopted a state-wide VOC standard for industrial adhesive and sealants products. However, some adhesive operations in Lake County and Porter County may be regulated under the State’s Miscellaneous Industrial Adhesives (326 IAC 8-15 Article 8 Rule 22). We recommend that owners and operators of adhesive application operations located in Lake and Porter Counties carefully read this rule for its applicability. This rule was adopted with a compliant date of April 1, 2011.
